Support for coming out of shielding

From 1 April, the Government has told people who are ‘clinically extremely vulnerable’ that they will no longer have to shield. We understand that this may be a worrying time, and have put together some advice for people coming out of shielding.

If you're feeling anxious about the prospect of going to the shops or even work, then please read through these tips and recommendations to help look after yourself mentally and physically during this change.
