Carley Gray, Community Support Navigator
Carley brings a wealth of experience from her seven years in the NHS, where she worked across child development, oncology, and haematology services at University Hospital of North Midlands.
As a haematology navigator, she played a key role in coordinating patient care, from referrals and appointments to ensuring a smooth journey from discharge to treatment. Carley’s aim is to ensure each person feel truly seen and cared for.
Here at WMUK, Carley takes the lead on non-medical queries – offering guidance on everything from benefits and financial support to services for families and carers. She’s especially excited to connect with patients and help them find the right support, exactly when they need it.
