Kate has spent the best part of two decades working in marketing and communications. She began her career in the world of international development, creating communications strategies and marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Since then, she’s broadened her client base to work with a variety of organisations, including many smaller and medium-sized charities–many working in the health and social development sectors.
In addition to her work on strategy, Kate has also written extensively on the topic of health and development for supplements included in national newspapers including The Times and The Guardian.
Through her work with WMUK, she’s helping the team to develop clear and consistent communications to ensure WM patients and their families can access the support they need as part of a wider, connected and supportive community.
