Webinar with Kirsty Crozier, Haematology Specialist Nurse at Great Western Hospital. Lots of WMers ask how often they should be having their bloods checked, and when they might need other investigations such as scans and bone marrow tests. Come to discuss with CNS Kirsty.

A 45 minute chair yoga session with Sue Jones, a British wheel of yoga teacher. This session will be gentle yoga and relaxation, with questions available to be taken by the facilitator. Please could we ask for you to be on a stable chair with water to hand if needed, for the relaxation you can be on a comfortable chair. You may need a blanket as your temperature could drop during this section. The session will be online and recorded for future use on the WMUK website.
